What do you understand by an executive summary in a proposal? Imagine that you are an employee of Hotel White Mountain. After exploring a lot of locations, you are suggesting to open the branch of Hotel White Mountain at 3 different places in Nepal. Write an executive summary of a formal proposal to the committee members of you hotel for opening new branches of Hotel White Mountain in different parts of the country.

You have decided to pursue your higher education and cannot handle work and study at the same time. Write a resignation letter addressing the Managing Director of you company stating your problem.

Read the following case answer the question asked below.
A U.S. – Based computer Software Company has recently heard from a Nigerian manufacturing company. The Nigerian company has expressed interest in one of its software programs. The Nigerian company has invited the US Company to Nigeria to demonstrate its software. The Nigerians highly appreciate the aged, experienced, and competent negotiator. Age means wisdom and reflects the status and importance. To send a young negotiator means you are not seriously interested in the negotiation.
The US Company has been very successful domestically, but this will be the first time it has ever ventured into the international business world. The company would like to expand and begin to build status in the international community. Being successful with this negotiation would help the company very much. In US, age of the negotiator does not create any issues but the negotiator must be able to answer the questions related with the product questions. Power and authority are important but are more the result of your talent and work record rather than your age or seniority in the company.
The top managers have come together to plan a business strategy for the Nigerian business trip. They should decide the most appropriate person to send to Nigeria to represent the company. The person chosen must be a highly competent negotiator, able to persuade the Nigerians that the company's software is the best in the market and exactly what the Nigerians company needs. Therefore, they must think very carefully about the qualities of the person they send.
Questions:
a. What must the US negotiator to be to do in Nigeria to get a contract with the Nigerian company?
b. In your opinion, can the cultural differences bring problems between the Nigerian and US negotiators?
