Noreen Hess purchased a building to establish her new business, Kid's Palace.
Kid's Palace provided a variety of fun activities. Playroom filled with plastic balls, tunnels, a video arcade plus other toys and games. Also, there were tables and chairs in the room. At one end of the building, there was a snack bar which carried healthier foods like milk, juice, fruits, cheese etc.
She designed Kid's Palace to be a place kids could go to play under the supervision of teachers and helpers. Parents could leave their kids.
